Suggested Use
Take 1 rounded teaspoon up to 3 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Mix powder into 8 to 10 ounces of your favorite beverage. If starting use of a fiber supplement for the first time, take 1 teaspoon per day for the first 3 days and then increase to 2 per day for the next 5 days and then 3 per day.
